3. CRM and Funnel Software (GoHighLevel)
We use the GoHighLevel platform from HighLevel, Inc., 400 N. Saint Paul St., Suite 920, Dallas, TX 75201, USA for providing our website, our marketing funnels and for managing customer inquiries.
All data you enter in contact forms, surveys, or calendars is stored and processed on this provider’s servers. GoHighLevel serves as our central CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for managing our sales and marketing processes. HighLevel Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which guarantees an adequate level of data protection.

4. Appointment booking (GHL Calendar & Calendly)
To make it easy for you to book an appointment, we use two services:
GoHighLevel Calendar: When booking via our integrated calendar, your data is processed directly in our CRM (see point 3) to confirm the appointment and to remind you automatically (via email/SMS).
Calendly: We also use the service Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA. When booking via Calendly, your name, email address, and mobile phone number are collected and transferred to our CRM via an interface. Calendly is certified under the Data Privacy Framework. 5. Communication via WhatsApp
If you use our services or request content (e.g. a white paper), delivery and further communication can be automated via the WhatsApp messaging service.
